Elmo Theme - Brian Jr.'s 1st Birthday Party

This party was so much fun to prepare for.

I wrapped the eating utensils in red luncheon napkins and placed them in a fish bowl with an Elmo cutout...a nice and simple table centerpiece.

Favor boxes with the birthday boy's personalized label. These favor boxes were 4 per/pk for $1.50 at Walmart. Personalized labels are $8.00 per/sht. Contact us for details.

Personalized giant swirl-pop party favors placed in a vase for display on the cake table. Swirl-pops were purchased from our local Family Dollar store for $1.00 each.

Elmo's World room scene as the cake table backdrop. Mr. Noodle dropped by to sing Happy Birthday to BJ...LOL!!

This backdrop was created with just plain project paper which can be purchased from your local craft store alone with a box of crayons. This is a fun way to let the kids join in and help with the party decorations. Google a picture of Mr. Noodle and print. The window curtain is made of construction paper. Happy drawing!!!

The photo backdrop. Get yourself some plastic covers from any party store and drape on the wall as desire. I created the Sesame Street sign with foam board and glitter foam sheets which can be purchased from Michael's. The box of crayons and gaint coloring book props were handmade. Contact us for details on party props.

The crayons in the box were really creative. Preparing for my son's first bday and you've got great ideas.
